Hello and welcome to the 6th edition of PC Update for 2008. As you can see from this issue's table of contents, the material we're getting together for you is getting more and more varied, and most gratifying is the fact that we're receiving more and more member submissions.

For the photography buffs - both beginner and expert - we have some stories especially for you from experts Barrie Smith and Helen Bradley, and Anthony Caruana has used his expertise to put together a step- by-step guide to using eBay to get rid of all those unwanted items and make some serious money!

Anthony also put his hand up as a Mac person to let us know his thoughts on the impending (although probably here by the time you read this) iPhone from Apple that's causing such a stir.

All the other standard stuff is there too including the SIG reports, training dates, calendar, monthly disk contents and SIG Info. The edition is rounded out with a light-hearted look at upgrading by Graeme Hague and of course, pointers on free stuff from Ryan Yewell.

As always, bouquets, brickbats and suggestions are welcome to editor@melbpc.org.au. Let me know what you think of the content and what YOU want!

Please note: Several of the articles mentioned above are not available on this Online version due to copyright issues.
