Questionnaire
Elsewhere in this issue can be found some letters from concerned members, and in the centre of the magazine you will find a questionnaire. I urge every member to complete it and return it by 31 August. The questionnaire needs no stamp if posted in Australia, but note that the Freepost number applies only to this mailing. Please do not use it on other correspondence!
There is a proposal to reduce costs, and one remote possibility is that this magazine may no longer be a monthly - unless you voice your suggestions.
I will be keeping a close count of the total pages in each issue to help contain costs, and some authors will be disappointed. One has already advised me that if I cannot use his material in full then he won't bother writing.
What is your opinion of the importance of this magazine? Filling out the questionnaire might be the best contribution you make to PC Update and, indirectly, to yourself.
