In the Saddle
Peter Smith

Apologies in advance for the brevity of this month's column. There are two reasons - first the other items on this page - second I'm typing this left-handed, suffering from a broken right arm! Yes, you guessed it, a horse-related accident, although I wasn't in the saddle at the time! Many of you will know John Beck, a former President of our Group and long-time Shareware/PD guru. John had a cancerous left lung removed recently, as I write he is still in hospital but well on the road to recovery. We all wish him well, when you read this he may be home but I'm sure he'll welcome your calls and encouragement. Get well quickly, John - the shareware needs you!

We Are Moving!

A new home at last! 3100 square feet - the entire second floor of 66 Albert Road. See all the details elsewhere in this issue. The prime mover behind finding our new home was Bill Westhead, I think he's seen just about every square foot of empty space in the South Melbourne/St. Kilda Road area.  Many thanks, Bill.

Your Opinions

Nothing specific this month, just many "thank you's" to all those who have responded to date. If you have any comments on how our Group is run or on areas you think we should be involved in (or for that matter, not involved in), please write or fax All responses will be considered.
