Melb PC's National Access
Melb PC provides a premium service in the form of
a "National Number" which allows access from any Australia
location (subject to confirmation by the member) at local call rates.
This service is more expensive for Melb PC to provide, and
access is restricted to
those who are Full Internet Subscribers and have a genuine need for this special
access.
It is intended for those living permanently outside the Melbourne or "Greater Melbourne"
phone area or when travelling interstate with a notebook computer.
This access is only available to Full Internet Subscribers who send a request by e-mail to
nationalnumber@melbpc.org.au.
Do not contact the Office on this matter.
Please ensure you include the words
"nationalnumber" and your username in the Subject line of your e-mail - eg
nationalnumber jsmith.
In the body please provide some details of your intended use of this number.
Allow 48 hours for confirmation of your registration and the return of the
necessary details.
This access must not be used for access from the Melbourne or Greater Melbourne phone area.
