Advanced Microsoft Word
Do you need to:
- Automate frequently used text and tasks
- Link data from other applications into Word documents
- Create Tables of Contents
- Work with long documents
Prerequisites:
- A sound knowledge of topics covered in Intermediate Word or similar experience.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Use AutoCorrect and AutoText to add commonly used phrases to documents
- Use OLE to paste and link Excel data into Word documents
- Use Styles to create Tables of Contents
- Add columns
- Work with longer documents
- Merge documents using more advanced merge techniques
- Record and run macros to automate tasks
