How to Build a Shopping Web Site
Do you need to:
- Sell goods and services from your personal website or home server
- Accept credit card payments via PayPal on your website
Prerequisites:
- You need to be able to edit files using a text editor
- A personal website or webspace.
- A basic understanding of how websites work
By the end of the course you will be able to:
Students will build a basic e-commerce website with:
- friendly subdomain name redirection
- shopping cart
- hit counters
- search engine prominence
