Go to Melbpc homepage, Members Information - https://www.melbpc.org.au/index.php/members-area/ Login in with your given access (yourID@melbpc.org.au and password) NOTE: If you don't have this access, call the office or iHelp Scroll down the page or select Members Area/Office 365 Cloud Services/Yammer Login Since you are already logged in, you will be taken straight to Yammer If it fails, try your login again. The checkboard in Office 365 services (if you're in mail or docs, etc.) (has disappeared; have reported) Tablet/Phone app, slightly different interface, but it works TIP: I use the tablet a lot because it feels easier to read. Print as you wish Navigation: New Conversations: added since you last read here ALL Conversations: all discussion posts Files: collection of images, documents, attachments in posts Notes: short bits of information created in the group Participation: Reading Newest posts appear first, new unread or all Scroll down to earlier message Poster name, date/time, message body Replies: only the latest ones show; to see earlier posts, Show x Previous replies Unfortunately, replies to replies that you missed, won't show as 'new', just chronological order, so you may miss replies Posting Start a new message topic when in a group From Inbox: Create Message (top right), choose group Only one group at a time of creation There are no Titles for these posts, so open with a clue of topic Type in the box, the click 'post' Advanced: upload a file, post a picture, include people to get their attention, add topic tags (help for searching) Deleting YOUR own posts/messages Click on your name anywhere in a group to get a full list of your posts/replies Click on the ... next to Edit and choose delete for each one. As far as we know, there is no bulk delete capability. Inbox: Create Message, choose Private Message, add people *** if you know part of the person's name, type in, then select from list *** You can send the same message to more than one people at the same time Option 2. Hover over person in any group or message, select Send Message
