Agenda
7:00 pm ... Guest Presentations:
🟦Presenter Topic: Co-Designing Connection: The Dossy Journey & The Future of Digital Companionship
Presenter: Kristen Graham, she will be presenting via Zoom.
Kristen Graham is the founder of Dossy.co, a social enterprise dedicated to combating social isolation and loneliness through accessible video calls. With over 11 years of experience designing technology solutions, she has led the development of impactful products, including Thrive, a mental health app for Telstra employees; VideoMyJob, an app that brings jobs to life; and JobTale, a platform that promotes jobs through storytelling.
Dossy was inspired by Kristen’s grandmother, Dossy, with whom she remained a cherished companion despite challenges with distance, digital literacy, and cognitive decline. Seeing how mainstream apps often fail older adults, Kristen set out to create technology that fosters genuine human connection without barriers. Now in its fifth year, Dossy.co is evolving beyond video calls, exploring AI companions, peer-supported virtual communities, and new ways to scale its impact.
Outside of work, Kristen loves the ocean and mountains. In her free time, she spends time kite surfing and paragliding. She is the proud mother of two adult children and a fur parent to Ziggy.
