Members with Melb PC email accounts have been provided with access to their new mailboxes hosted by Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).

From the introduction of this service up to the end of November 30^th 2021 mail has been reaching the new accounts by means of forwarding from our Microsoft (Office) 365 accounts.

With effect from 1 December email will be arriving directly into our Google Workspace mailboxes.  There will be no new incoming mail in our Office 365 inboxes.  Members need to use their new mail service exclusively.  All access to the legacy Microsoft service will be cut off shortly after the switch of incoming mail on 1 December.

Members who have not yet accessed their new mailboxes need to do so without delay.  Information about setting up your new email account has been sent by email in batches starting in May 2020 and ending in November 2021.  Most members have also received temporary passwords for their new accounts by SMS message.
