I am very pleased to be able to advise you that Brian Parkes has recovered from the problems that had him hospitalised on 16th December and prevented him from answering your questions at that meeting. So, after this long break, you should have some good questions to bowl up to Brian in our Q&A session.
After the coffee-break, John Thompson will present another of his, “Thommo’s Tips”. This will be No. 8 in the series, and it is “E-mail attachments – Should you attach or insert?”
One of our favourite presenters at our meetings has been George Skarbek. George has a vast knowledge of computers, but he is also a very keen photographer. At the meeting held at Moorabbin last August George spoke on photo editing, with a particular emphasis on the free photo editing software, Faststone. We will watch the video of George’s talk and I am sure everyone will gain a lot from this excellent presentation.
The Family History Group will commence its meeting at 1:30pm., with Colin Ackehurst as the Convenor. Colin has sent an Agenda to all our members who attend the Family History Group.
