Google Blogger, is a blogging platform created by Pyra Labs, purchased by Google in 2003. It offers ease of creation, themes and many gadgets (similar to wordpress plugins). The greatest benefit of the blogger platform is the ease in which a post can be added to the site, not to mention apps that allow you to do so from a smartphone or tablet, including Bloggeroid and Blogger.
