Handy video showing speeds and feeds for CNC routers using MDF. 

The speeds here are probably are only applicable to his machine.  For the machine you are working on you need to do some calcs and then adjust until you find what works best.

If you look at the top chart you can see the recommended RPM and from that the linear feed rate, while the lower chart gives you some typical chip loadings for different materials.
